We are now, in the most challenging sense, living in interesting times.

However, The Government has put a ban on public gatherings of two or more individuals, meaning London theater shows, events, gigs, art exhibitions and film screenings have stalled or cancelled their plans to guarantee event-goer security and to do their bit to limit the spread of COVID-19 in the United Kingdom.

We regret to announce that we're cancelling this year's London Orchid show as a result of this worldwide COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic.

Please also allow us time to process full registration fee refunds for the hundreds of members who registered for the Annual Meeting. Information for exhibitors and sponsors will be forthcoming.

We would like you to keep healthy, and encourage your family to do the same.  Here's the manual that explains the most effective methods to avert a Covid-19 in your the office, at home and in college.

Making modifications to our everyday lives concerning social and hygiene behaviors can help slow down the spread of this virus.

Keeping a nutritious diet is always important, but even more so throughout the Coronavirus pandemic.

Based on the colour, we could get vitamins that our body requires like Vitamin A, B12, B9, vitamin C, vitamin D, in addition to minerals and antioxidants to improve our immune system. Now's time to purchase produce that is fresh. Purchase vegetables and fruits, cut them up since they are sometimes utilized ahead of time and place them in your freezer. Greens and veggies - such as carrot broccoli, microgreens and parsley endure for quite a while away from the freezer. Click for more about growing culinary herbs and microgreens indoor.

Also do not overlook soocial distancing means getting less contact between you and the folks around you. It may be practised at work, in the home, and while outside in the area.

While it can be difficult to get the time, it is important to match in at least 20 minutes of action daily. More is better, but any amount is far better than none.

Additionaly, the WHO urges keeping informed of the most recent COVID-19 developments so you'll have current advice about protecting yourself. So please keep in touch.

Please email us if there’s anything we can do to help you stay on track with the important work you do, despite the disruptions. And take good care of yourself and those around you.

We hope you and your family stays healthy in the current testing situation.
